Q. I would like to see the shipping total before my credit card is charged. Is that possible?

A. Yes, once you enter you credit card and shipping information and press verify, it will show you the price including shipping and ask for your approval before your card is charged.

Q. When will my order ship and where does it ship from?

A. All of our inventory ships by UPS ground from our warehouse in Orlando, Florida. Most
instock orders ship out the same day if placed by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. If an order is not in stock, you will be notified by email or phone when you can expect the item. You are not charged if the item is not in stock until it actually ships to you.

Q. What if I have questions about installing my ladder racks?

A. The ladder racks come with easy installation instructions. If you still have difficulty
installing them, you can call the technical support number listed on the installation
instructions 7 days a week.

Q. How is you cable reel caddy different than those that are currently on the market.

A. Our cable reel caddy has an exclusive handle that allows you to turn the caddy over
and wheel the reel around. You can then flip it over when you are ready to unwind the cable. It is a unique design sure to make your job easier. You won't find this one anywhere
else on the web!

Q. Can I get the cable reel holders or carts in any color other than the safety orange?

A. Yes you can get them in black if you prefer. Please specify this on the comment section of the order form.
